The aim of the project was to increase awareness of the HR Talent Programme. This programme is a working/learning programme in which employees act as coach/mentor to train someone internally within a certain field of expertise. The problem was that there was too little awareness for the Talent Programme and therefore too little enthusiasm. Our task was to optimise the internal environment in order to increase awareness. The goal was to recruit more employees who wanted to work as coaches/mentors. The limitations were that we could not use social media channels or a website, so we had to work in sharepoint and other marketing content that complied with ASML's strict rules.
