The Swimm Intelligent Pool has been on the market since last year. Swimm is a compact pool with countercurrent. The pool allows you to have an ideal workout within 15 minutes and then you can move on with your day. The entrepreneurs of Swimm noticed that the process from the first contact moment with the customer to the actual purchase took 6-12 months. This process simply takes too long. During this 6-12 month process, the entrepreneurs found that they were losing customers at various times because they were not using the right way of contacting and advertising. Thus, the interaction moments could be improved so that it would be clear which type of customer it is, which phase she/he has to go through and which emotions go with it. Which would ultimately result in a shortened customer journey, and a faster conversion. It was up to us to ensure that more people came to test swim on location so that they could experience how it feels to actually use the Swimm. The entrepreneurs experience that once the consumer has gone for a test swim, a conversion actually takes place.
