Create a scenario in Cities: Skylines that shows business park managers the most efficient way of making the Spikweien business park more sustainable, in order to gain an insight into sustainability measures.
In Cities Venlo the player must find out the most effective way of introducing sustainability in Venlo. The player can introduce sustainability by introducing new forms of green energy, introducing policy changes and dealing correctly with surplus production.
The game consists of different scenarios. A tutorial scenario which gives the player an introduction to the different concepts within the game, and a main scenario where the scale and consequences of the players actions are larger.
