PIDZ Loyalty Research

We had to investigate on how to increase the loyalty for PIDZ using gamification methods. This research was done using interviews and desk research. Several parties were interviewed, including active freelancers. During the desk research we looked at the competition, target group, a thesis and the Power BI dashboard.
