Project Process-Mining

Atos desires to help their customers stay ahead of the competition. Part of ensuring this is providing the business analyst with the right toolset. Process mining, further PM, could enrich the toolset. But what tool is best suitable for Atos and how should it be introduced into their organisation. The objective of this research project is to select the applicable PM-Tool.

The sub-questions for the research are:

  1. What is Process Mining and how is it applied?
  2. What are the requirements for Process Mining tools by Atos?
  3. Which Process Mining tools are available on the market?
  4. Which Process Mining tools will best suit Atos’s needs in combination with the requirements?
  5. How are competitors and Atos’s customers currently using the selected Process Mining tool?
  6. How can a business analyst use the Process Mining tool?
